  • yeah i thought you werent supposed to be laying on your back, much less working out on it

  • Really? Half of these exercises shouldn't even be done as it worsens abdominal seperation. I suggest you look up "holidayjoi" as she knows what she is doing and what is acutally safe for mother and baby.
