There's no point if the goverment developed the sky scraper and highest building and many Mall the biggest in the southeast asia just to showed to the world if 40% of the filipinos live in the shadow the darkness of poverty.Wakeup filipinos..u can make the diiferent in your live today and the future .

Excellent video and I believe that if there was less corruption in the government and the monies approprated for the poor actually made it to the poor, people would see hope and would take on more responsibility for their futures. I am amazed at how strong the Philippine people are, faced with great uncertainty they continue on.

I really was touched by this video. It show the parts of the Philippines that is hidden or pushed aside by the Government. I visited Payatas right after the disaster that happened there, it was heart breaking.

Gloria Aroyo is a smart lady but she is in denial of what is going on around her country. She turns to her catholic belief for solution, I mean c'mon Miss Gloria Aroyo, I think if you want to stay lady presedent, please stop praying and actually DO something obvious to fix your country. First, you need to get rid of a lot of your corrupt cabinet members and put reliable people in their position. For god's sake Philippines just keep sinking lower and lower below that desperate line of poverty!
