Is it just me, or does Dudley seem indifferent about the prestige? LOL, cool dog!!

Covers on outside sens are not helping much. Sometimes it gets worth.

The Honeywell 5000 is a great non-programmable t-stat that will allow you to set both the high and low temp lockout. The Honeywell 8000 is a great programmable t-stat that will allow you to do the same. By the way, the Honeywell Prestige will allow you to do it, too.

Question Doc:
Is there a t-stat that can be programmed to prevent the resident (apartment occupant especially) from setting the temp below 65 degrees. If so which one do you recommend.

You really need to trace where in the air handler they're connected and go from there.
