Electronic circuit boards are the "brain" of every inverter. Equipped with thousands of components, some of them extremely small, they perform all of the energy conversion, control and monitoring functions. In this film we want to show you the production process.
@urbex2007 Most products fail due to installed devices added to the board i.e. capacitors, resistors ect... This initial failure will overload other devices due to increases in current and voltage via the short in circuit and cause failure through overheating. The poor quality of devices is due to the tendency for competing companies to cut corners for a cheaper and easier method of manufacture.

how do you check the soldering condition of through-hole components? I mean, how do you know if the soldering amount is enough?

Amazing! It's really interesting to watch how circuits are made. If so many checks are made during manufacture, why do so many new products break down after 12months? Is it a poor design of circuit, or deliberate so the manufacturer using the circuits can guarantee future sales. Whatever it is, this is really good.
