First of all I wish you all a happy new year and a wonderful upcoming months! To celebrate this, we are going to make a unique French dessert called "Crepe Cake" made of layers of crepes and filling in between. You are going to love it!

i wish it was available in gramms and such, because in germany we dont cook with cups. we weigh all ingredients :( id love to try this, yet i believe i will fail because of the measuring. -sigh- anyways, this looks wonderful :D

you can just google it. for example, type in google: 1 cup of flour in grams. There are many kitchen converters online. hope this helps!

i dunno why all american crepes look so white...im from slovakia and ours are more brown around edges and also in the middle
