The pitch delivered here seems little more than an attack upon the confidence among people of the relatively free world that they have a reasonable handle on what happens on their planet. And in the midst of the competition between Islam and the West, one is left to suppose that it's a pitch for Islam. (See this lady at Why Americans Hate Muslims.) Newspeople have biases? Only a Computer Ager would bother to say so. But though its efforts are now so inept, the West tries. Islam itself is a lie.

Media Bias is people presenting ONE side of an argument not their opinion. And news is not suppose to be an opinion, its suppose to be an analysis of the situation.

How many good things does fox say about Obama, a President who anyone would agree is better than Bush? Basically nothing. How many did they have to say about Bush? Many. To make inform decisions on important issues first we need all the facts and then make a decision, and bias news obstructs obtaining all the relevant facts. If anything you just made an argument for the inherent bias of the communication process, but under that reasoning nothing can ever be "unbias" which is just avoiding the issue, that giving the news under one or two perspectives hinders the report of all the relevant facts to the people, which the purpose of the news in the first place.

I am not interested in reading news which reflects the subjective view of a single journalist. Why should I? What about the subjective views of the other 7 Billions humans, just as (non-) interesting.
