Your videos are very well made. Every aspect of the _demonstration_ you are obviously attempting is perfect. It is a nice change to view a video that is not sloppily filmed under poor light in a cluttered room--I appreciate what you have done.

@Airicks1 Many reasons can cause that, but probably in this case is the microphone of the camera that doesn't record good bass. Another reason may be the acoustics of the room.

is it common practice to continue the vibrato even after the bow has stopped moving? I am very interested because I can see why that would be a very good habit to learn.

@Rodier1128 Pretty common practice, as the string tends to vibrate after the bow has discontinued contact with it... Experiment, listen, decide... :)

Thank you SOOOO much for these videos. We have the suzuki books and the CD and all you can hear on the CD is the PIANO and NEVER the cello. Your videos really help my daughter to listen and see how it is played. Thank you from NW IL!
