Philly isn't ugly your ugly. There are different parts of Philly. There is Center City (The biggest and most populated part of Philly and also the nicest) Downtown (I believe its the 2ND biggest part of Philly) Northern Philly (The rougher part of Philly) Middle Philly (I believe the 3RD lagest part of Philly and one of the best places to have a hotel at. Also has the famous "LOVE" sign.) So as you can see Philly isn't the ugliest city in Earth its one of the best.

dude, I couldn't agree with you more. I visited Philly once...will never EVER return. It's a city that belongs in New Jersey. It's an incredibly dirty..urban blighted city.
