the main reason i hate her, is that its just proved that to make it in the music industry, you no longer need any talent whatsoever, and just need a big wallet. which is a real shame, because now we're gonna have a load of talentless people making it big in the industry (more so than we do now anyway) and it is a real shame, because now, a lot of the real raw talent, will never make it big. basically put, there'll never be a new presley or sinatra,

I basically 100% agree with you on this. I don't like the song, I think it sucks, but it is catchy and will get stuck in your head, so she did SOMETHING right and it has SOME appeal. There's no excuse for people to be trashing a 13 year-old so hard, and I really just look at it as a successful product made by a kid, which is just cool, since it's KIDS HAVING FINANCIAL SUCCESS.
