Ryu's taunt speeds up his own stun recovery and that's only effective for 2 taunts, not three.

@SuperSF4yeaaa I've been playing SF3 since 2001. Tiers always exist in fighting games. You make up for tier disadvantages with skill. Anyone with a ridiculous amount of skill like Kuroda will make any character look godly, but that doesn't change the existence of tiers.

I was responding to Treelis, who called Hugo a noob character. You're telling me a noob with Hugo or Q can beat an average ryu/ken/chun player, I whole heartedly disagree.

Once Q powers up fully he is top tier

Once Ryu had full meter and does 3 taunts so his dizzy meter is 3 times as fast he is hard to beat

everybody is top tier in their own way

Depends how top tier the person is playing with them
