I love watchin this video. I remember Master Critzos back in the dojo in Silver Spring. Wheneva he taught we did 1000 jumpin jacks for warm up!!! Critzos was no JOKE when it came to trainin. :-)

I want to go the Naval Academy so bad.Im in njrotc. And I give 110 precent just to one oneday be there.I try so hard in High school even when I fall short my step dads a CPO and 3rd degree blk belt in chinese kenpo Karate and has been teaching me scrictly for self defence I never have have to use any of it b/c I dnt fight. Im going to attend this awesome school even if means busting my butt at school to get those grades. thanks for the vid
