Thanks for the advise.the problem is that I dont stay in US, we'll most of the time I stay in UAE, Dubai. docs here are a bit affraid of using any permanent filler except my own fat,so I assume that they might be freaked from the permanent fillers as they are not much aware of using them,anyways it was so kind of you to reply me back,I'm so desperate in getting rid of my scars,but I just cant find the right way to do it.

@pcstudios3 psychological studies (see Happiness Hypothesis by Jonathan Haidt) talks about the years and years of happiness that follow after cosmetic enhancement. i myself feel a ton better after losing 40 pounds and becoming much more tone than before.
