You know, I haven't listened to John Denver in over 30 years. But listening tonight to "Perhaps Love", I see now ~ an Angel walked amongst us ~ and he was so beautiful... shine on John Denver, shine on!

Thank you so much for sharing this. I began to search for a recording of this song, and I cannot find one as beautiful as this. It's special to hear John's own introduction to the song, but I finally realized that your recording is the only one without the "backup" music. Just John and his guitar.

I would love to own this, to be able to put it on my computer and iPod.

One of my favorites too. I *thought* I read once where Annie said it was her favorite. Had anyone else read this by Annie? , she was being interviewed and was asked what he fav song by John was. She said: 'Perhaps Love' That's how I remember it.
