  • Lisent I been looking for the crab meat and I can't find it. Where did you buy??

  • @Irish457 You must have not seen many cooks at work then. Btw it's fingers not fingures. =]

  • @Irish457 Not so bad in this case since it will be cooked . Not a good idea using hands if the food will not be cooked afterwards.

  • better if you mix the mustard, egg, mayo etc before adding to the crab meat. Less chance of crumbling the lump crab meat.

  • You did a great job getting the shell out of the crab meat, wish my husband had patience like that :)

  • mix everything before you add it to the crab to preserve the integrity of the lumps
