@Irish457 Not so bad in this case since it will be cooked . Not a good idea using hands if the food will not be cooked afterwards.

better if you mix the mustard, egg, mayo etc before adding to the crab meat. Less chance of crumbling the lump crab meat.

mix everything before you add it to the crab to preserve the integrity of the lumps
I forgot to ask, can this be done in an oven also?
