  • How dare you say, 'better than the original'!

Plants vocals are infinitely better than this guy's.

The guitar has too much distortion, although it does add a nice effect.

And this song is 100% Bonham, and you can tell the drummer of Rollins Band does not have the same intensity.

Go listen to Zepp a little more before you reply: Zeppellin > Rollins Band

  • I Love Rollins but this is hilarious...

  • The vocals don't fit

I don't care for the different lyrics at all

The drums are lacking presence and power

    I wish I didn't know this existed.

    Still an awesome riff, though.

  • @loberman yeah. how dare he express his opinion about art without a good lecture

  • @billiejoesexi Well, I did too... imo Henry can do whatever he wants, it is always fucking grand!

  • @PutItAway101

So they revived the blues by rippin' off those songs...?

I'll put it in other words; Zeppelin did to blues what Rollins did to this song (Sorry Henry, but this cover is the only thing I hated of all your songs). Ok then?

  • I almost like the "don't have a shitshow of sounding like plant so I'm just gonna go apeshit" vocals

  • @ZappaSauriio Numnuts, blues was already dead by '69, they revived it.

  • THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SORRY

  • I like Rollins band but this cover is not good. Drums are mixed too low (and the drums are the best part of this song both in the original and this version) and the vocals don't work with what the band is doing. The best version of this song is off the Unleded dvd. Too bad it's not a version that included the great Bonzo Bonham. Henry Rollins has a great intellect, I'm surprised that he would release this as his tribute to one of the greatest rock bands of all time.

  • @loberman why do you have to prefer one version? There covering a song, get over yourself

  • How come I'm the only person who enjoyed this lol
