  • @H1Videos the video and what you said is exactly what im going through....We will survive man...

  • showing this man rejecting help from his loving wife and turning to another beer is not a good way to deal with this. PTSD is seriuos and should be managed by profesionals who can truely help get past it.

  • @mobb70 go to fhu.com and listen to the coping strategies exercise. You will get better. I promise it works.

  • ive had ptsd for 20 years now and it dont get any better through time. ptsd sucks and there is no magical cure for it. meds control my mood and thats the best they can do for me.

  • @EndOfMichiko im a combat veteran two iv been dealing with ptsd for a couple years now but i no alot of ww2 veterans and vietnam veterans and there always telling me only time will heal not heal to the point where its gone ptsd wont never go away but theres ways to lower your stress level wether its helping other veterans or helping animals or just doing what ever helps them out

  • @EndOfMichiko: Hooah master sgt! To all those who think PTSD is just another metal illness that can be "cured".. then you've never spent any kind of time outside the wire in the sandbox. This video portrays a worst case scenario, where PTSD has accompanied a split personality disorder. I used to react to loud bangs bangs, smells and touch. For many of those I know with crippling PTSD, they have a second personality that comes out with trigger and is still stuck in Iraq or Afghanistan.

  • @dutchmasterchief2 'time will heal'?? No, brother it will not. Nothing will heal combat ptsd. You just ave to figure out a way to make things more bare able for you. I'm retired msgt U.S. Army with 12 years of active service deployed 9 times into intense war theatres. I was discharged over 3 years ago and I am actively being treated for 6 years. It doesn't go away. Claiming that there is a cure is a blatant lie, and will only result into misinformed troops getting false hope.

  • @NickedBlade its not easy. only time will heel

  • I know she wants to help because she loves him, but she will never understand. She will never know, and why would he want to tell the one thing in the world he loves the most some of the most horrific things he has ever seen? He was want to spare her the pain. Listen ladies, if you are married to a soldier, don't expect war stories. You won't get them. Why would you even want to know? Do you think you would know us better?

  • holy shit your video just gave me chills. the opening to a story i'm writing is crazy similar to your video but with some variations. wow.

  • holy shit your vid just gave me chills. the opening to a story i'm writing is about a soldier who has returned home and is suffering from ptsd and it has the same feel as your video. it's crazy similar but with some variations. wow.
