@8300dvo male and female brains aren't different enough that one gender could be inherently funnier than the other. women were conditioned for hundreds of years not to be funny. that's only started to change in the last few decades and the effects are still wearing off. still there are loads of hilarious women around. if you don't notice them, you're either not paying attention or you don't really like women.

I've now seen this reference now on multiple british panel shows on youtube but I have no idea what they're talking about. I'm talking about this tendency to say "I'm above it" in a really annoying whiny voice over and over.  Is it a reference to some other TV show I haven't seen?
