On new years eve i recorded a clip of the horrible traffic in the uae, this clip also shows what the road works are doing to the traffic as people are being caught in the middle of the intersection!
This really shows just how bad and unorganised the UAE goverment is, as this is rediculous, there are rumours saying that they plan to make everything "1 way"! I fail to see how that would help, as if 4 lanes each side wasnt enough (before construction).
Also on the curve there used to only be 1 lane, but now it is 2 lanes, which isnt working out as you only need 1 lane to turn and 2 other lanes can be straight with 1 other lane for u-turns/right turns, just like it was. lol

come on man there is construction!!! I dont think the UAE government is unorganized. just because there was a bad traffic in an intersection (which has road works) doesn't mean that the whole UAE is the same. mistakes happen in big cities especially if they are growing so fast like in UAE. when i was in NY for the 1st time I saw garbage on the sides of some streets smelling bad, many times!! but I didn't say that NY is a horrible place.
