My Cross - Every man has a choice to make and the free will to make it so, but I personally refuse to bow at tyranny's feet. God gave me life and I am free, a sovereign man, and I will carry my cross just as my ancestors did. I will not fear persecution, ridicule or any other form of debasement. I know who I am and I know that which I believe.

  • Wow!!!!! very powerfull video, thank you for sharing.

  • Excellent Video!!

  • So tell me this, you naysayers: I was born a Yankee and I still am one. But the history taught to us in the north is a bit different than that taught in the south. The TRUTH is that less than 5% of southerners owned slaves just prior to the Civil War. Slavery was on its' way out already. Most slaveholders treated their 'slaves' as if they were family. Very few were treated brutally as the government would have you believe. Propaganda like that brought about the war & the division still with us.

  • My forefathers fought for the North; Mainers...they fought to free the slaves. My gr.gr.gr.grandfather talked about it in his war diary. This is so you southern boys understand; know your enemy and know what he is fighting for.

Many in the North fought to abolish slavery, though believed in States Rights. As long as the albatross of Slavery hung around the neck of the South, they would never have been able to defuse the ticking timebomb of Civil War.

  • Free men??? What about the 3 million slaves that the South held in bondage in the 1860's?

Good video though but the message is false!
