  • Who is this Asheesh Agarwal? Bio on DOJ's Web site says he is a Deputy Assitant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division. In any case, he appears to be a rising star in the Bush Administration -- and maybe future Republican administrations as well. He really kept his cool despite Congressman Conyers aggressive -- some might say goading -- questioning. A truly virtuoso performance.

  • That Tim Griffin caging case would be a slam dunk. If the FEC has no one who can tell the People why it is not being pursued, then the FEC is corrupt, incompetent, or both.
