The Separation Of Church and StateThe phrase "separation of church and state" does not appear anywhere in the Constitution. Thomas Jefferson wrote that the 1st Amendment erected a "wall of separation" between the church and the state

Just because you have certain parts of a writing that gives you certain freedoms, dont mean that you need to delete them if you make a new one.

the bullshit is that their is not provision for separation of church and state in the constitution.1st amendment "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;" no mention of separation of church and state!
