Maybe this is standard procedure because not every time "intelligence? is not 100% correct and you waste hostages lives only to have the guilty laugh afterwards.Does that sound like familiar crap that's happened before?Just a thought.

if I had no job and no way to provide for my family in a war-torn failed state like Somalia where you can't even make money off fishing because all the industrialized nations of the world dump their toxic waste on the coast of Soamlia, then I would think capturing ships and holding them for ransom would not be a bad gig.
