This is a notorious monster from Final Fantasy XI. This nm is a lottery spawn from the Demon Warlock around G-10 of Castle Zvahl Keep. It's notable drop is Dark Spirit Pact.

Its actually Lion Tamer and Pallas Shield. I dont have all the gear but i try to get all that boost def for carrie. Its very handy if you need her to survive long enough for another call beast

Though I'm not sure, I have a feeling that it might be an Iron Ram Pick and a Viking Shield.
