I have recently been reading through the Essence of the Heart Sutra: The Dalai Lama's Heart of Wisdom and thought I would share some of the similarities I noticed between the NLP Universal Modeling Process and the level of self-awareness Buddhist practitioners have had for centuries if not thousands of years.
