The guitar he uses to play this song is a Double Neck Guitar.
The top one is a E-E-E-E-E-E and the other one is a regular guitar, all strings set in normal.
The song is basically played in the fisrt neck, the solos are played in the regular neck.

is it really all strings e?
how does he do the blues scale so efficiently? and the same way as he would when he would have a normal tuning?
-
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE -
so what does tuning all the strings to the same note accomplish?

I've tuned all my strings to E once, just to see what it sounds like. It is sick! But not great for the strings. When you bring the ones that go up, back down to their regular notation they require a little more care then the others.

oh, i know. its so ridiculous, i got about half way with tuning all my strings to E before i woosed out and got scared that my strings would break, and i have never gotten the chance to play this sick song.
