It really depends. I have seen them go for $150-250 for fully restored and recapped examples. However I bought a SX-950 at a thrift about 10 years ago at a thrift for $15.
Of course at a thrift you have a piece of equipment that will need a refreshing at best (switch cleaner, recapping) to a complete restoration. You save the most doing it yourself, but if you are not familiar with the process, a reputable shop can do a good job for not too much money.
Check EBay, a mint one will cost you 200 and above. do keep in mind that many need restoration so do not be fooled by a cheap price, even if it looks new!!!!
