The announcements were added beginning in 2006 and 2007. They are currently being replaced with another female voice.

oh, and there's definately more connecting bus routes 6&8 at Olney Transportation Center
SB Local: "This is Olney Transportation Center, exit to Albert Einstein Medical Center and LaSalle University, Connecting Routes: C, L, 18, 22, 26, 55, and 80."
SB Express: "This is Olney Transportation Center, exit to Albert Einstein Medical Center and LaSalle University, Connecting Routes: C, L, 6, 8, 18, 22, 26, 55, 80, SB Local Train, and Ridge Spur to 8th & Market."
