Fifa 09 | xbox 360 | Fling yourself at it | Acheivment help

After several hours of gameplay, i have finally done this acheivment.

My tutorial / How i did it.

~ First play on amateur.
~ Play as portsmouth and have CROUCH upfront.
~ Play versus a league 2 side, half star is best.
~ Go to game settings and put Crossing assistance on SEMI.
~ Start match
~ Run down the wing on a break and TAP X (XBOX)
~ Make sure crouch is in the centre and hold RB and double tap B.
~ That is how i completed the acheivment, Takes a while but KEEP TRYING!!

i tried this method, i ended up getting the bicycle kick achievement instead, hopefully i will get the diving header soon

I tried this for the PS3 as that is the console i have fifa on although p have it on both and i managed to do it just after viewing this guide good job ;)
