Thankyou for the vid. Youtube is wonderful for this type of content.My best friend had been bullied. He stated he was gonna get bigger. I didn't believe him. Until he added 40lbs of 100 % pure muscle. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (look in Google). He does not get bullied these days. :-)

he is told to sign a get better card for a boy who has bone cancer, and still goes to athletics, but he doesn't care about it he signs and gets rid of it no questions asked doesn't even ask a single thing about the boy. But he goes on ranting about the gate how low it was have some dignity Dana.
