How to Stretch | Leg Stretches | Warming up & Preventing Injuries

Details: This Tutorial teaches how to properly stretch and warm up your Legs. Make sure you warm up and get your blood flowing before you stretch.

Disclaimer: These Tutorials on Breakdancing are meant to help spread knowledge to kids and adults who otherwise wont get it, and to help preserve to culture in which we call Hip Hop. Please help keep Hip Hop Alive!

Warning: These tutorials do involve moves that take time and hard work to learn and should not be attempted until you master the basics (Toprocks, Basic Footwork & Basic Freezes). Make sure you get comfortable with the moves before moving on, and make sure you have an open space to dance in. I am not responsible for any injures, sore muscles or broken furniture while you are attempting these tutorials. Take it easy until you feel comfortable. If you need extra help you can email me about doing a workshop or private lessons.

  • i can stretch my left leg all the way with no problem, but my right leg isin't that flexible. I can stretch up to where i reach my foot but not all the way where my head touches my knee and whenever i try my upper leg starts hurting, I'm scared of getting hurt because i'm a tennis player, but i also dance and i've been working on my splits and my right leg prevents me from completing it.Should i just ignore the pain and stretch my leg all the way? Is the pain good or bad?

  • @NOMMNOMMNEKOx3 hmm if it hurts dont go to far because if your injured it could hurt. Try icing it and when it feels better stretch it out.
