Fire in Spanish Harlem February 7th 2009

Starting at around 8:15 this fire completely destroyed a 17th floor apartment at the Miles in Spanish Harlem. The most surreal part (not shown in video) was watching the NYFD tossing out all the contents from the apartment and seeing them smash onto the ground 17 stories below. We hope that no one was seriously hurt or killed and am so sorry for the family that had their whole life tossed out that window.
