Yes, the Kingdom of God is in the present, otherwise why would Jesus ask his disciples 2000 years ago to seek first the Kingdom of God. (Matt 6:33) Everyone can seek it whether in the past, present or future. Those who found it will be able to see the KOG as what Jesus says in John 3:3 Jesus answered .., "Verily, verily, I say unto thee. Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."
If you cannot see the KOG now, it mean that you are NOT born again yet.

@netelsg It is not of this present world. But when Jesus comes back, he will rule a thousand years.

to be honest I don't care who invented this nonsence, but whoever it was, he should have been held in a looony house.

@irishxxkelt You're born again? Can you describe to me what the Kingdom of God looks like then...?
-
@netelsg By preaching the rightly divided of Word of God. Yes, I am born again. I became born again when I was 17 after being raised as a Catholic. Anyone can be born again by recognising that Jesus is Lord and that God raised Him from th dead. You have to recognise you are a sinner and that there is no salvation without asking Jesus into your heart.

"As Christian we should work to bring salvation to all"... How...?
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee. Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
So, have you found the Kingdom of God within you...?
Did you see it...? Are you born again...? How does the KOG looks like...?

@netelsg It is within us and in the heaven. I reject Buddhism. As Christian we should work to bring salvation to all

Jesus say in Matthew 6:33 "But seek ye first the KOG, and His righteousness; ...added unto you."
So where is the KOG?
Luke 17:21-22 Christ said, "... For, behold, the Kingdom of God is within you."
So how to seek the KOG within you? One way is thru Meditation as taught in Buddhism.
Philippians 2-12...Jesus say "Therefore, my dear friends, ...continue to work out your salvation ...". Everyone must work out his own salvation; NOT thru Faith alone as Paul preached.
Your last statement is what even made me comment. "Either Paul is right, or God is evil for not stoping him." What about Muhammad? Did God stop him or was he also right? He also saw a vision and claimed direction from God. Or how about Joseph Smith? Claimed a vision and started a religion....and God didn't stop him. Was he right as well? Your argument is completely illogical. Then the fact that you believe your God to be evil, since he is perfectly willing to set up evil rulers? Very strange
