  • I absolutely agree......this should have been a single........its no 1 material........wished they would come to europe again for a concert tour

  • @sgprei I can HEAR her too! doing the background vocals.. i think maybe they toned her vocals down a bit and turned Terry's up after she left.. i think this song was going to be a Terry & Dawn ON lead only... which would've been an En Vogue first, Terry and Dawn have never had a song which just featured only the TWO of them on lead... woulda been hot.

  • @Mikizzle15 MT was their best album and most underrated though I would have move the love suite toward the end. When the suite ends, it feels as if t should be the end of the album. The songs after the suite feel/sound misplaced. with some better editing that album would've been perfect. So classy. I hope their next work is not a dumbing down.

  • @amusedbygod EV3 is my favorite EV album, it was just uneven with the vocals, and like you said didn't have any real direction. But honestly I think MT is their BEST/STRONGEST album. It just didn't get any attention. smh.

  • @Mikizzle15 For the record, Cindy didn't sing much either on 'Don't Let Go (Love)'. They all had ad-libs toward the end. Unlike every other girl group, there was no lead singer. Dawn sang lead on that song, but there was no determined leader of the group. I like many of the songs on EV3, but it sounds directionless and messy due to the removal of Dawn's vocals but mostly the different producers. I think only their original producers can get the best out of them. Can't wait for new work.

  • This is the best song they ever made! This is the shit! I hope they perform it in concert in Detroit in December, but i don't think they will! Too Bad! Cuz I would have run up onstage and security would have to escort me out! LOL

  • Love this song!

  • i do care how they did that all i know is that its been 20 years ago dude get over it

  • They treated Terry like crap towards the end of their career's in the limelight as far as solo's go. They barely let her sing on "Don't Let Go (Love)," which is their biggest hit to date. They needed better promotion for this album. I'd say that EV3 is probably my favorite EV album, just because it was something different. Especially as far as their image was and the "Whatever" video. That album needs to be praised more. But I agree, they should re-release this album with Dawn's vocals.

  • The best run in the song, "Baby, I-I-I whooo-hooo-hooo." @ 4:23
