  • Absolutely beautiful James. You're a lucky boy for sure

  • @dadofdano Thank you Bill! Thailand certainly has some great spots to relax and smoke a pipe.

    Cheers,

    James

  • Great video. I took a similar trek to the hills and took a ride on the elephants. The hill tribe people are so interesting and calm. Im sure ill be posting more reminiscent comments as I make my way through your vid's. Sorry in advance, haha. Man I gotta get me some of that sillems Black, its a hot ticket item i guess, hard to get. Patients will pay I hope.

  • @Baccybandit I think you'll dig the Sillem's Black once you try it. Keep an eye out for it always comes round and don't settle on the others Red, Blue etc. Black is the one you want. Always glad to hear about other peoples experiences here in Thailand. Hope you cant get back sometime. Thanks for watching.

    Cheers,

    James

  • that was really cool! I have great memories of travelling in northern Thailand - we hired a motorcycle and just rode...wonderful vid.

  • @OxfordshireBriar Appreciate the kind words. I really love the northern parts of Thailand myself, Sounds like you

had a great experience on that motorcycle. Cheers,

    James

  • Wow, you have a leather covered pipe also!

  • @thewr0ngchild Haha, The elephant trek was definitely an unforgettable experience! Seeing a tiger or two would have been great, but I'm not sure if the elephant would have freaked out or ran after the tiger with me on it! haha. They really go at there own pace and do what they want along the way. Hope you get to have the chance to see some in the wild. Thanks for stopping by!

    Cheers,

    James

  • @astroman2112 very doubtful that would happen. If you were in tiger country you were a damn sight safer on the elephant than not on him lol. It's also a brilliant way to observe tigers in the wild, I really hope I get the chance one day!

  • It's probably the best way to see this kind of terrain, on an elephant. Let the Elephant worry about the walking, treking in this kind of wilderness is nothing to them.
