Chris had set his business students the task to present on the role of the 'Front Desk' facility and its impact on revenues. They had one afternoon to work on this in groups and to make a short video.

I was amazed at how enthusiastic the students were and at the wealth of ideas and perspectives on the question - something that is very difficult to do with a traditional teacher led session.

This format provides a valuable way of introducing a topic - so many ideas can come out for later follow up.
