Thank you for dropping knowledge, I already knew.

I think I know more about China than you considering, I was born in Guangdong.

Thank you for your input. By the way, you're a classic weasel. You went from "Mongols came from Mongolia, not Turkey. I major in history." To, China this, China that.

You are too proud to admit you were wrong. My professor once said to me, long before you were born. Those who can't take criticism, end up being morons. Man was he right.

  • @Romansteel13 The reason why modern Mongols look "Chinese" is because they have been intermixing with Han Chinese for centuries. By the way, Chinese is not an ethnicity, it's a nationality which comprises of more than 56 ethnic groups, Han is only one of them but consists of more than 90% of the population. The current Chinese leader Hu Jintao is actually a Manchu Chinese, but you wouldn't be able to tell because he looks exactly like a Han Chinese.

  • @Romansteel13 Turkic is a modern term used by anthropologists to classify the broad class of peoples that live in Central Asia, AFTER the Mongol invasion of the ancient world in the 12-13th century, of which many of them settled in the central Asian steppes, formed the various Khanates and intermix with the eastern Europeans. This means the adjective Turkic doesn't apply here. Turks don't consider themselves Mongols, and vice versa, regardless if they are both Turkic.

" Mongols came from Mongolia, not Turkey. I major in history."

This made me chuckle so hard. By your logic all Jews come from Israel? Nitwit.

I never said Turkish, I said Turkic, a comprehension fail on your part.

The term Turkic represents a broad ethno-linguistic group of people including existing societies such as the Azerbaijani, Chuvashes, Kazakhs, Tatars, Kyrgyzs, e Kumans, Kipchaks, Avars, Bulgars, Seljuks, Khazars, Mamluks, Timurids, and possibly the Xiongnu and Huns

  • @devilhunterred

"Mongols came from Mongolia, not Turkey. I major in history."

Shows how stupid you are, and how worthless your degree is.

The Turks or Turkic peoples are peoples residing in northern, central and western Asia, southern Siberia and northwestern China and parts of eastern Europe.

    Nowhere near TURKEY.

Fucking moron. You are better off quitting college and becoming a burger flipper.

  • @Romansteel13 You are completely and utterly wrong. The common notion that the Mongols were cruel sadistic violent rapists can't be further from the truth. The Mongols were cruel and not known to show mercy to enemies, but the same thing could be said for all pre-modern warlike peoples. There is no historical evidence at all to show that Mongols systematically raped women. Mongols =/= Turks. Mongols came from Mongolia, not Turkey. I major in history.

    Learn YOUR history.

  • @devilhunterred

"And Mongol =/= Turk. Some Turks were descended from Mongols, but not all and definitely not a majority."

    Wrong. Wrong.

There is a reason why modern Mongolians look Chinese.

The Turkic Mongols raped and pillaged the known world.

Genghis Khan was a rapist and a coward who would had gotten nowhere without the brilliance of Subutai.

    Learn your history, BROTHER.

    ---- Georges Santayana.

  • @ErtanOrginal They look like Chinese and Japanese because the main actors were Chinese and Japanese. Temujin was played by a Japanese actor and Jamuhka was played by a Chinese actor.

And Mongol =/= Turk. Some Turks were descended from Mongols, but not all and definitely not a majority.

  • what is jamukhas hairstyle called? its awesome!

  • for those who doesn't know

    Mongol = Turk

and i know they look like japanes and chines but those are Turks

    [sry for bad english]
