@maiki60fps: I am sure there are some more racers that are pretty good on the C=64, like REVS, Super Cycle, Turbo Charge, SCI: Special Criminal Investigation, Buggy Boy, Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge and how can you forget Turbo Out Run.. These are still my favorite games on the good old Commodore 64. Speed King is also nice for some old school racing, like some of the others than are considered 'crap'.
Super Cycle is runs very nice on the C=64 Direct-to-TV joystick by the way.

This game is also very good and it wipes the floor with the ZX Spectrum version. And ended all discussion about how great Chase HQ was for that poor computer.

One of the few really good racers on C-64. The other good ones are the original Outrun, Power Drift, Pit Stop 2, Stunt Car Racer, Test Drive, and of course GP Circuit.

Miss these times! I really loved playing racing games on C64... Turbo outrun was eaven better...
