The gullwing doors need less clearance to open then normal doors. These people are idiots. That car looks nothing like the Delorean from the movies

Quintin calls them like he sees them. I quite agree with many of his views on cars... He does have valid reasons for his criticisms on any car. Let's face it... Deloreans weren't built as well as they should've been... And it didn't have enough time to be engineered properly... That's the simple way of looking at it. It was a piece of crap... a very good looking piece of crap; which I absolutely adore; despite its faults.

The Delorean does have a weak engine. Although used in Alpines and Venturis, you need to remember that those cars were made of fibreglass so those were lighter than the Delorean.
Frankly with the current Stage 3 mods from DMC, the engine just touches the mark to give the Delorean the performance it should've had. But all this modding, comes at a price of reliability of not done right.
