  • What are you guys using to record your album? I want to record a cd with my band without spending too much money. Tips?

  • @CallOfTheSirens4 Mmm nothing fancy an M-Audio Profire 2626 into Reaper, and then whatever plugins for guitar and Steven Slate samples for drums.

  • yo what tuning

  • @beyondbr00tal AEADGBE

  • when exactly does this album come out??

  • @MrDARIOiscool556 I'd tell you if I knew. Our old vocalist quit so we're replacing him and recording with the new guy this month hopefully.

  • You guys just sold another album.

  • Ricky would be fun to record with! :D

  • :D you guys are sickk. I'm in "CallOfTheSirens4" band he told me about you guys. you guys are Fucking Brutes. kepe it up man, i feel im going to buy the album.

    \m/

    stay metal.

  • @CallOfTheSirens4 I program all the drums in Guitar Pro 5. We then export them as MIDI, and open them into a DAW. We use Reaper. Then you need a drum VST plugin to change the MIDI exported drums to real drums. We use Steven Slate. Google Steven Slate drums for cheap great sounding drum tones!

  • @glasgowgrin1 Stops the strings that aren't being used from ringing out!

  • @Bassist4TBTH Hey man, me again. I was wondering exactly how you guys go about recording drums. I'm thinking about using programed drums on my bands cd, but I want to know exactly what I'm doing and how I should record with them. Also, do you think you can tell me what I need too?

Sorry if this a hassle man, but I really don't know what I'm doing and since I this is your guys' second album with programed drums I figure you guys know what your doing.

  • why are you using a rag on the guitar? and also is it on the pick up or are you just hanging it there?
