@MrStoney1961 The wood is solid and heavy red hardwood. It is rosewood, recycled from pallets that had steel imported on it, people use to buy it off us to make guitars and violins etc. There a 5 holes drilled in the block, a pencil and a piece of blutak. 5 plastic spherical casings and 5 high energy magnets. These magnets have two poles plus 4 cardinal poles - not your ususual magnet.
