That was my wife who made that takedown and cuff the guy.... he was taken down by a girl! She makes me proud! She has long since left Sears.

was a employee of sears. and l.p's cameras are black and white and look real bad. but i would up getting fired because i didnt give a 10$ giftcard to some asshole customer and would up using it over a month later, and they tracked down when and where it came from and brought up the video of it... but fuck that place. worst job ever 6.00 + commission and they want you to ask every customer 10 things and try to get them to get a sears card, e-mail....

n ot trying to speak ill of my sears store but our LP hasn't caught anyone this past summer or spring. but we mmr a lot of tools and find a lot of empty quads. the lead keeps her job. But if it takes us longer than 24 hours to process clothing we get in trouble. the joy of backroom

@Revman1088 yes it is hands on if there fighting with u! {non productive detainment} when you stop a suspected shoplifter and come to find out they dont have the merchandise. thats why you got to have your six elements before you can make a stop.

@dackel999 Agreed. You hit rock bottom and can't stand to see your kiddos suffer because of your own short comings. Eminems song "Rock Bottom" is as real life as it gets. There maybe a law against stealing, but it was made by people who have never been near rock bottom. In a way your risking your own life for your family. Thats honorable. If you end up in jail at least you tried for your family. There is a "time to kill" and a "time to steal".
