this is one of the BEST games I've ever played in my whole life , with the Siberian magical Russian atmosphere.. wonderful game, i mean cried my eyes out at the end of syberia 2 (7:48) !!!

and yes it has a very deep story inside, and the graphics are just wonderful compared to the other 2002-2004 games,, am so glad that an 2009 one will be released soon .. thank you Benoît Sokal, thank you Microïds :'-)

@MissAismail Ha!, put this title into YouTube's search engine, a game by Microids from 1991 :) I quite enjoyed Nicky Boom back then :)

@MissAismail Also it's rather fascinating to see that Microids were behind Syberia, because I remember them very fondly when they used to make games for the Amiga :)

@MissAismail You are so right though in your observation in regards to the human touch being lost and the uniqueness of gaming :) I think gaming many years ago used to be a very niche thing to do, especially when it came to "computer" gaming, not "console" gaming but now with a much wider audience the developers play it safe to appease the masses, which has resulted in that lost of spirit in gaming :( with only a few gems here and there such as in Syberia :)

@MissAismail It's rather odd to be labelled a "classical gamer" these days, but I guess that given my age and my gaming years as well as back catalogue that yes I would be ;), damn those white whiskers on my chin... lol :) I admire you though for your choice of gaming, you really "know" what makes a game great just by showing such a keen interest in the Adventure genre :)

@MissAismail Thank you for your feedback on Syberia :), and yes, i thought you may have already played through The Longest Journey and Dreamfall, although i myself have not played through Dreamfall yet :(, I of course know very well of it but haven't gotten around to playing it properly. But what I will do as per your recommendation is play Syberia 1 first :)

@blade004 a classical gamer, :) you people are rare nowadays, unfortunately games like other industries have taken the course of "production line" and they somehow "not all of them" lost the humane touch they used to have and the uniqueness that came from waiting so long for a game to come out :)

@blade004 but you need to know that syberia 1 has a special variant/Diverse atmospheres & colors where syberia 2 is almost "white" very snowy places :P hmmm well therefor I'd recommend not to waste the chance of playing syberia 1 too :)
