TMB Bank launched a new brand vision "Make THE Difference" by making a film to inspire people to start thinking differently, with a hope that they will start to Make THE Difference to their own world.
This film tells the true story of Thailand's most extraordinary football club.
Featured at its heart is the island of Koh Panyee in the South of Thailand. The floating fishing village literally clings to a rocky outcrop in the middle of the sea. In 1986, inspired by the World Cup in Mexico, some kids in the village got the idea to start their own football club, despite the fact that there wasn't an inch of soil to play sport of any kind on the island. The Panyee FC was able to make a difference in it's own community, and TMB Bank hopes it inspires others to make a difference in theirs. It doesn't have to be a big difference, but a little can build to make THE difference.
