This is a very first yang style form of tai chi teached by Mantak Chia, the most famoust taoist master of present ...It contain only 13 movements in four direction for the both side of the body and also all fundamental principles of tai chi...,it comes at upgrade after " Iron Shirt " ...,great for healing, relaxation and understanding energies and how they become movement (sorry for my bad English)...the good thing is this: when you learn to do this form properly, you can employ principles in any other form...this is me 2 years ago..if you are interested, I can do another video..also...I am open to any comment...so dont blush...let the " chi " be with you : ))
