Yes, the person singing along with Ross is clearly tone deaf, but I applaud him for singing like no once else was listening! And, I appreciate the fact that he posted this clip...and, I enjoyed hearing him enjoy the song. For those who have never been to a Ross conert, it's IMPOSSIBLE to keep from singing at some point during the show.

I think the YouTube poster actually wanted us to laugh at how out of tune his voice was.

This video was NOT about Diana Ross' performance. It is about a fan at a concert butchering this song.
