Shidara always travels in the US with a 12-cup rice cooker and uses it every day. When the rice needs to be portable, rice balls (called 'onigiri' in Japanese) are made. Though they are translated as riceballs, they are customarily made into triangles because rice in a ball shape is traditionally offered to the dead. Onigiri can have a range of different toppings and fillings. These onigiri have a mixture of salt and black sesame seeds mixed in.
