A couple friends and I went up to the Highlands to escape Paisley, Scotland in Dec 09'. It was right before/starting of the huge snowstorm hit the UK. Initially we were trying to do the entire north part and the north west part... but because of the amount of snow the locals warned us that roads would be blocked or not passable. So with that we decided to just stick to the North East side which was awesome anyways. The folks up north were friendly and we all had a great time. If you haven't yet, visit the highlands! ....but maybe in the summer time!
Most of the photos were shot with a Nikon D200 and mainly the Paisley, Edinburgh, Fort William shots were taken with a Sony Cybershot.
