what about the rule, that you are not allowed to be over 360 degree with that trick?

The rule is "before" and "after" you hit the ball, the rod can't over 360 degree. Before & After are separately calculating. So, rollover is allowed. Since before you hit the ball, the rod doesn't over 360 degree. and after you hit the ball, it doesn't over 360 degee.
