A lot of women are avoid heavy weights with fear of looking manly. Thus so many have problems reaching their fitness goals. The lass has it right for her hobby choice.

wow! insane.. i mean i do weighted chins(so far up to 100lbs for 2 reps) but for a girl? i only know a few that can do normal ones, let alone weighted....

This is incredible 0_0, i wish my girl would train and do pullups as good as you ,then we could prob train together :D

Presumably she can do more now? And what's she like at chins?
this doesn't happen to be sydney mcnair? but i won't be suprised. climbing legend john long used to do weights up to his own bodyweight. This girl's impressive nonetheless.

Wonder if this is as effective as doing, say, 10 pullups....

Depends on what you're tryng to achieve. If wo want to get strong, this is much more effective, if you're going for numbers, regular pullups is the thing to do. You wouldn't do a hundred pushups once a day if you were training for a 200kg bench press, would you?
