now that`s something ! i have an opel astra 1.4 injection , and i ran with it over 160km/h but my car was filled with people :D . we were 4 persons and lots of lugagges

That's a 4 cylinder redline = 6500. X25 redline = 6750

you need digital dials. Iv got a astra gsi with a 2.5 v6. I put 17"'s on them and speedos completly wrong lol

You were with me in the car so you must be right. :P
Its C25XE engine and F20 gearbox. Thats why. Speedo is right (ok, approx 10-15% wrong according to GPS) but the gearbox is too short.

no, its faster than 220, the Speedometer goes only to 220 ;)

It is only 226 km/h according to GPS. But according to other cars (bmw, volvo, audi) spedos, that have right scale it was almost everytime near 250 km/h.
